Shipping Charges
Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift wrap and monogramming. Delivery times are subject to several other factors including product availability, warehouse allocation, order verification and credit authorization. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays within the United States and government holidays internationally.
Note: You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping Rates: The following processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site and delivered to addresses in the continental United States. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

Standard Delivery
Orders shipped within the US should arrive in approximately 5–7 business days after shipping if ordered by 1pm EST unless an expedited service is requested. International orders should arrive within 14 business days.

Two-Day Delivery
If requested, add $8.00 to standard shipping. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 1pm EST. Please note two-day orders placed after 1pm EST Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

Overnight Delivery
If requested, add $17.00 to standard shipping. . If your order is placed before 1pm EST, it should arrive the next business day. Please note that overnight orders placed after 1pm EST Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

APO/FPO and PO Boxes
Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address or PO Box may not be expedited.

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Palau, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands deliveries add $5.00 to the applicable shipping charges for standard shipping. Your order should arrive in approximately 7–10 business days if ordered by 1pm EST.Please note, shipping promotions are only valid for orders shipped to continental US addresses.
Some items may offer only one shipping method. For example, fragrance is considered a hazardous material due to alcohol content and must be shipped using standard delivery through USPS parcel post. Please allow up to 4 additional business days for all monogrammed order.

Juicycouture.com currently ships to the following countries: Australia, Canada (excluding Nunavut, Northwest Territories and the Yukon), China, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Japan, Korea (Republic of), Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands (Holland), New Zealand, Philippines, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and The United Kingdom (Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Scotland).
International shipping rates valid until 12/31/12 11:59 PM PST. The charge for standard international shipping is $35 USD. For international orders of $400 and above, standard shipping is $50 USD. Free international shipping will apply to all orders over $1000. International orders should arrive within 14 business days. Expedited shipping is not currently available on international shipping.
Please note, shipping promotions are only valid for orders shipped to continental US addresses. Please also note: International orders are not eligible for return.

Title, Duties, Customs, VAT
International orders are subject to duties, customs, and value added taxes. If you are shipping your order outside of the continental United States, as a condition of sale, you acknowledge and agree that title to your order transfers to you after exportation from the United States and immediately prior to importation of such order at the border of the ship to location and assume all risk and responsibility for the import clearance, duties, and delivery to final destination. These charges must be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.

- Returns
Return labels are only provided for orders shipped within the United States.
For returns within the United States, please enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). If you use the attached UPS return label, return shipping charges will be charged to the original form of payment or deducted from any refund.
If you would prefer to use your own shipping method:
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
- Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package.
- Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Shipping charges will not be reimbursed

Memphis, TN 38118We gladly accept unworn and unwashed or defective merchandise (in original packaging, with original tags attached and accompanied by an appropriate proof of purchase) by first-class mail within 45 days of purchase for a full exchange, refund in the original form of payment, or store credit if the original receipt is not available. If a customer returns such merchandise using the return label that was included with the original order, return shipping charges will be $7.95 and will be charged to the original form of payment or deducted from any refund.
A one-time price adjustment may be made with the original receipt within 14 days of the original purchase on full-price merchandise only. Only full-price merchandise that becomes a final sale item is subject to price adjustment. Temporary or special promotional sales do not qualify. For qualifying price adjustment requests, the price difference will be credited to the original form of payment.
For your convenience, any Juicy Couture Full-Price Store located in the United States can also accept exchanges of, returns of, and/or qualifying requests for price-adjustments on items purchased at JuicyCouture.com.
International orders are not eligible for return.Exceptions:
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and foundation garments, such items must be unworn with all tags and hygiene strip intact to be eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
All returned fragrances and cosmetics must be unused, unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items on clearance and other final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
A gift recipient who wishes to return merchandise in accordance with the terms of this return policy will be issued a gift card.
JuicyCouture.com can only accept exchanges of, returns of, and/or requests for price-adjustments on items purchased at JuicyCouture.com.
- Gift Cards
Juicy Couture E-Gift and Gift Cards are redeemable at juicycouture.com or Juicy couture specialty shops. They cannot be redeemed at department stores or specialty stores. E-Gift or Gift Cards can be ordered in increments up to $500. E-Gift Cards are sent via email to any individual with a valid email address. The recipient should have a valid shipping address in countries in which Juicy Couture ships. The recipient of an E-Gift Card will receive 2 emails. The first will include the e-gift card number. The second will include the PIN number. The code is activated within 24 hours after receiving the email.
Buying an E-Gift or Gift Card
After you purchase an E-Gift Card:- We'll send the recipient an email with all of the information they need to use the e-gift card at juicycouture.com. Please note that codes are activated within 24 hours after recipient receives the email.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Redeeming a Gift Card
- Shop juicycouture.com and select items you wish to purchase.
- When you're ready to checkout, click "Shopping Bag."
- Proceed through Checkout.
- Enter your Gift Card code (codes are case sensitive) and PIN on the Payment & Review page and click "Apply." Please note that codes are activated within 24 hours after you receive them.
- When making a purchase at juicycouture.com, only one Gift Card code per order will be accepted.
Rules and Regulations for Online Gift Certificates
- Gift Cards can be redeemed through juicycouture.com or at Juicy Couture specialty stores.
- Codes are activated 24 hours after you receive them.
- You cannot purchase a Gift Card with another Gift Card.
- If the amount of your Gift Card does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment.
- If the amount of your Gift Card is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your Gift Card account for future use.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash, except as and to the extent required by applicable state law.
- We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.
- No sales tax is charged when buying Gift Cards; however, purchases paid for with Gift Cards will be charged applicable sales tax.
- When making a purchase online at juicycouture.com, only one Gift Card code per order will be accepted.
