RETURNING CUSTOMERS:

If you are a returning customer and have an account at JuicyCouture.com follow these simple Checkout steps.

 

1. SIGN IN:

First, sign in using your email address and password. If you forgot your password,
click here.

Your email address serves as a convenient way to receive important information
about your order and serves as your JuicyCouture.com account identification.

Your account stores information such as order history and your billing and shipping address.
It also offers you order tracking capabilities to track your order. The password ensures that only
you can have access to your account information.

 

2. SELECT OR ADD SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Next, select or add the shipping address where you would like your order sent.

 

  • To select an existing address, select and click on the address from the drop-down list in
    "Select a Saved Address". To add an address, click "Add New Address"
    complete the form and select "Add to Address Book" at the bottom of the page.
  • If you would like to ship items in your order to more than one address, click the
    "Ship To More Than One Address" button and follow the steps below [Please note: This
    functionality is only available when shipping to multiple addresses within the United States.]


3. VERIFY OR ADD SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Please verify that all of the shipping addresses where you would like your order sent appear in the address list drop down next to the merchandise. To add an address, click "Add New Address", complete the form and click "Apply" to use the new address on your order. If you want to add the new address to your address book, select "Add to Address Book" at the bottom of the form. Once added, the address will be displayed in your address book. Once you have verified your addresses, click "Continue."

 

4. SELECT SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Select a shipping method for your item(s) and click "Continue." If you are shipping items to multiple addresses, you can specify a different shipping method for each address. To do this, simply proceed through the following Shipping Options available for each item in the cart, and select a shipping method for each address you provided in Step 2.

 

5. SELECT AND ENTER PAYMENT OPTIONS:

At this time, you must verify your billing address and enter your payment method. For more information
on payment, click here.

Confirm your billing information, select a payment method and click "Continue to Review/Confirm".
To review all of your payment options, click here.

 

6. COMPLETE YOUR ORDER.

On the Review/Confirm page, you can review your entire order, including your payment method(s), shipping address(es), shipping method(s), and billing information, all of which can be edited at this point. You will also see your applied discounts and promotions, total charges and gift options. You can check the box on the bottom of the page if the order is a gift, and prices will not print on the pack slip. To complete your purchase, click "Place Order."

 

7. ORDER SUMMARY PAGE:

After you complete the checkout process, the Order Summary page provides you with your order number and information about the order. Print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order. If you are logged in to your account when the order is placed, you will be able to view your historical order data in My Account for future reference. 

 

 

NEW CUSTOMERS:

If you are a new customer and do not have an account at JuicyCouture.com, follow these simple Checkout steps.

 

1. SIGN IN:

If you do not wish to create an account at this time, simply proceed by clicking "Guest Checkout." You will have the option to create an account later.

Your e-mail address serves as a convenient way to receive important information about your order and serves as your JuicyCouture.com identification.

Your account stores information such as order history and your billing and shipping address. It also offers you the ability to track your order(s). The password ensures that only you can have access to your account information.

 

2. ENTER SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Enter your shipping address in the fields below and indicate where you would like your order sent. Check the box to use this box as your billing address if desired, and select your shipping method. Click "Continue to Payment Info" when complete.

If you would like to ship items in your order to more than one address, click the "Ship To More Than One Address" button and follow the steps below [Please note: This functionality is only available when shipping to multiple addresses within the United States.]:

 

3. ADD SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Please click "Add New Address", enter address information and click "Apply" to add shipping addresses where you would like your order sent.  If you want to use an address as the billing address, check the box. Once you have entered your addresses, click "Continue".  

 

4. SELECT SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Select a shipping method for your item(s) and click "Continue Checkout." If you are shipping items to multiple addresses, you can specify a different shipping method for each address. To do this, simply proceed through the following Shipping Options page(s) and select a shipping method for each address you provided in Step 2.

 

5. ENTER BILLING INFORMATION:

Your name and billing address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement to avoid any delay in the authorization process. If you are not paying with a credit card, this address will allow us to contact you if any issues arise with your order.

 

6. SELECT AND ENTER PAYMENT OPTIONS:

At this time, you must verify your billing address and enter your payment method. For more information
on payment, click here.
Confirm your billing information, select a payment method and click "Continue to Review/Confirm".
To review all of your payment options, click here.

 

7. COMPLETE YOUR ORDER:

On the Review/Confirm page, you can review your entire order, including your payment method(s), shipping address(es), shipping method(s), and billing information, all of which can be edited at this point.
