UNITED STATES RETURNS

Return labels are provided for eligible orders shipped within the United States.

For returns within the United States, please enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
  2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package.
  3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
  5. If you elect to use the pre-paid return label provided, attach the label to the outside of the box, make note of the tracking number, and leave the package with UPS or the United States Postal Service.
  6. If you chose not to use the pre-paid return label, please ship the item(s) First Class, prepaid via traceable insured mail to the following address:

  RETURN INSTRUCTION (continued)

  1. Final sale merchandise cannot be returned.
  2. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  3. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. 
  4. You will receive an email confirming the return has been processed, and a credit has been issued. In the case of a gift return, gift recipient will receive a mailed check.
  5. Customers that use the pre-paid return label should also receive a return in transit email once the package reaches the UPS hub, to confirm the package is on its way to our return processing center.
  6. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser, UNLESS the following is checked and completed on the return portion of the pack slip: "WAS THIS A GIFT?"  To receive credit as a mailed, please provide address, email and phone number, otherwise credity will go to the original purchaser." The customer must supply a valid address, email address and phone number to receive the mailed check.
  7. If you registered for an account on JuicyCouture.com, you are able to login to your account online and print out your order confirmation.

RETURNS TO STORES

For your convenience, any Juicy Couture Full-Price Store located in the United States can also accept exchanges of, returns of, and/or qualifying requests for price-adjustments on items purchased at JuicyCouture.com. Customer needs to provide pack slip or order confirmation paperwork for the return to be processed. If a customer pays for an order with PayPal and returns it to a store, the refund will be issued as mailed. If returned via mail to the distribution center, the refund will be to the PayPal account. 

Please Note: Juicy Couture Outlet stores and International stores cannot accept returns from JuicyCouture.com.

 

CANADA RETURNS

Returns in Canada can only be processed by mail.  Canada stores cannot accept returns of merchandise ordered online at JuicyCouture.com.

For returns in Canada, please enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
  2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package.
  3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
  5. Please ship the item(s) first class, pre-paid and insured to:

RETURN POLICY

When returning your purchase within the United States, return shipping to our online store is free if you use the prepaid return label that is attached to your packing slip.

 
  • Returns of merchandise must be made within 14 days of the order date (purchase date).
  • Products must be unused, unaltered and unwashed in original packaging, with original tags attached.
  • Swimwear and intimate apparel garments must be unworn, unaltered with all tags and hygienic strip intact. Fragrances and cosmetics must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • JuicyCouture.com can only accept returns of items purchased at JuicyCouture.com.
  • Return Packing Slips are only provided for eligible orders shipped within the United States.
  • Personalized and monogrammed items, items on clearance, gift cards and other Final Sale items cannot be returned. Final Sale items will be noted on the packslip.
  • For returns within the United States, please enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).
  • Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. If a customer pays for an order with PayPal and returns it to a store, the refund will be issued in the form of a mailed check. If returned via mail to the distribution center, the refund will issued to the PayPal account.
  • Please note: Orders shipped to countries other than the United States and Canada are not eligible for return.

     

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

 
  • Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and foundation garments, such items must be unworn, unaltered with all tags and hygiene strip intact to be eligible for a return.
  • All returned fragrances and cosmetics must be unused, unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Personalized and monogrammed items cannot be returned.
  • Items on clearance and other final sale items cannot be returned.
  • JuicyCouture.com can only accept returns of, and/or requests for price-adjustments on items purchased at JuicyCouture.com.
  • Orders shipped to countries other than the United States and Canada are not eligible for return.

     

REORDER / EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer exchanges; instead please return the original order and place a new order.
 

GIFT RETURNS

  • A gift recipient who wishes to return merchandise in accordance with the terms of this return policy will be issued a mailed check.
  • To receive a gift card, please be sure to check the following on the pack slip:
    WAS THIS A GIFT? " To receive credit as a mailed check, please provide address, email and phone number below, otherwise credit will go to the original purchaser.”
  • Following a gift return, the gift recipient will receive a mailed check in the amount paid for the merchandise and sales tax (if applicable).
    NOTE: A valid address, email address and phone number must be supplied to receive the mailed check refund. Otherwise, the credit will be issued to the original purchaser to their original form of payment.
 

OUTLET RETURN POLICY

  • NOTE:  Juicy Couture Outlet Stores CANNOT process returns of merchandise purchased online at JuicyCouture.com. 
    This policy is provided for your reference regarding return of merchandise purchased at a Juicy Couture Outlet Store.
  • Items purchased in Juicy Couture Outlet Stores may only be returned or exchanged in Juicy Couture Outlet Stores.
  • All Items must have original tags attached, be unworn and unaltered to be accepted as a return or exchange in outlet stores.
  • Merchandise with an original receipt or gift receipt may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, a store credit or refund in the original form of tender.
  • Merchandise without an original receipt or gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for a store credit at the item’s current selling price.
  • Intimates and Swim merchandise are FINAL SALE.
